Ingredients

  1. Oats (Third of a cup)
  2. Date Paste (Two tablespoons)
  3. Tahini (Two tablespoons)
  4. Chocolate Chips (One tablespoon)

Preparation

  1. Add third of a cup of outs in a mixing bowl
  2. Add the date paste into a mixing bowl along with tahini and raw chocolate chips
  3. Using your hands combine the ingredients and roll the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball
  4. Place the energy balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  5. Refrigerate for at least an hour to allow the energy balls to firm up
  6. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They can be kept for up to a week
