Banana Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 ripe banana
  2. 3 tablespoons of oats
  3. 1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil
  4. 1/2 tablespoon of raisins
  5. 1/2 tablespoon of chocolate chips

Preparation

Start by mashing half of a banana on a cutting board using a fork, achieving a smooth consistency. Transfer the mashed banana into a mixing bowl. Add the oats, coconut oil, raisins, and chocolate chips to the bowl. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined, ensuring the mixture is evenly moistened. Scoop the mixture into a mold or shape it into cookies on a baking sheet, pressing down evenly. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and firm to the touch.

  3. Add three spoons of oats 
  4. Add half a spoon of  coconut oil
  5. Add half  a spoon of   raisins 
  6. Add half a spoon of   chocolate chips and mix it well
  7. Transfer the mixture into a mould and press it down evenly
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for around 15 minutes, or until golden and firm.
